We are a service-oriented, high quality and ethically driven company who is looking for an independent, flexible, focused and open-minded team player who persistently makes an effort to achieve the goal for the position of Key Account Manager for rear diseases portfolio Key Roles/ Responsibilities: • Provide high level of customer service to all customers • Creation of marketing and business strategies/tactics to strengthen sales outcomes • Active promotion of assigned portfolio by providing disease and treatment education, understanding, and improving diagnostic practices and organization of promotional meetings in hospitals, as well as education/speaker meetings • Mobilizing resources in support of customer needs; collaboration with teams in other countries and cross-functional partners to advance programs and initiatives • Improvement of customer service and patient outcomes, building a solid network of effective and trustful relationships with key accounts/hospitals/ and relevant stakeholders • Closely track progress of new patients starting treatment, informing HCP’s and other stakeholders regarding access and reimbursement programs • Identify and communicate to management the environment and requirements of the key accounts, including plans and objectives to improve patient outcomes • Continuous achievement of established sales targets in territory • Ethical approach to work with no exceptions allowed, performing all tasks according to established policies and procedures The successful candidate profile should have: • Masters’ degree with medical background and biotech, biologics, rare-disease, or specialty pharmacy experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital business or in key account management preferably in niche markets • Commitment to quality - dedicated to providing the highest quality in work and ethical standards • Experience in project management • Knowledge and understanding of country pharmaceutical regulations • Strong computer skills (advanced user of Excel) • Knowledge of English language • Strong sales skills, highly motivated, target driven and results oriented • Action-oriented mindset and positive team player • Flexible and fast learner open to changes • Effective interpersonal, organizational, communication skills • Valid driver’s license • Ability to travel If you recognize yourself in above description, please send us your CV and motivation letter on English language to mail address croatia.info@swixxbiopharma.com.
